A proud graduate of Baruch College and native New Yorker, Erin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and accomplished financial executive with over 15 years of experience in finance, audit, and compliance across diverse sectors. As the Senior Vice President & Controller of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), Erin provides critical financial oversight and strategic leadership, ensuring the associations fiscal health and operational efficiency in execution of the mission to Protect, Support and Amplify our NBA members. As the newly appointed Treasurer of the NBPA Foundation, Erin leverages her financial expertise to strengthen the Foundation's impact on communities. She contributes to the Foundation's mission by ensuring sound fiscal strategy, accountability, and effective resource allocation.
Prior to joining the NBPA, Erin held leadership positions in finance at DailyPay, Inc. and The Princeton Review. She has a proven track record in driving financial transformation, implementing complex systems, and optimizing financial processes. Erin began her career in public accounting at RSSM, LLP and Ernst & Young. She has extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, and risk management. Beyond her professional pursuits, Erin is committed to community service and enjoys sharing her knowledge of accounting and finance with others. She has served as Co-Chair of the Financial Literacy Committee for the New York Chapter of the Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and as Finance Committee Chair for her local church.
